Preparation Steps:
1- Download Odin3 flasher and extract it.

2- Extract the G730W8VLUBNF2 Firmware Update Package.

3- Download and install the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini SM-G730W8 USB driver.

4- Restart your Computer.

5- Backup any wanted data on your device.

6- Charge your Galaxy S III Mini battery to be at 80% minimum.
